This process has been both frustrating and unprofessional. I had a few interviews and was told I would hear back in a few days with the next steps. I was the only one consistently following up and was left in lingo for several weeks. This is not a company I would want to work for if this is how you treat your potential employees. My advice is to communicate and follow through with what you say, as your candidates are putting as much time into this process as you are. Even if they aren't the candidate you are going to move forward with, follow up.
