Quick and simple. Phone interview followed by flight to local business unit. Multiple interviews and tour of facility. Interviews where straight forward and contained typical consulting and software development questions.
Touch interview questions ranging from technical to subject matter details. Domain knowledge is the key along with specific details. Its best to think through before answering. Prepare with special attention to articulating the conversation.
