I was virtually interviewed by the CEO. He painted a picture of a very progressive work environment with young coffee professionals and a strong social mission. The CEO also mentioned a low starting wage, but GUARANTEED frequent pay increases as they were a "young" and "up and coming" media company. All of this turned out to be false.
