I applied via Seek, waa contacted by a Talent Acquisition Manager who I later realised was based in USA who invited me to a teams interview on a particular date but gave me a 4 hour window of when she might call. Then nothing! I got ghosted! I followed up still nothing. 2 weeks later she reached out again confirmed a time and sent a teams link without checking if I am even free at that time. I dialled in to the interview with Teams, she didn't even have her camera on snd just proceeded to ask really basic questions focussing only on gaps in my cv( there weren't many and they were explained clearly on my cv) she didn't introduce or explain the role so I had to ask questions about it. I was asked how close I live to the office and if I have transport to get there! That waa the initial interview...
