I interviewed for an Executive Director role. I had a screening call and then a second interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager informed me that they would like me to present to senior leadership in a 3rd round interview. She even invited me to schedule a site visit. This was all on Friday. Then, on Monday, I received a generic message declining my application with no explanation. As a workforce development organization, I hope that this is not how they treat their constituent base—especially in these dire times.
