Branch manager and recruiter were very nice and informative. I definitely felt as if I was just being interviewed to meet a quota. I learned a lot about the company and it sounds like a great place to work. Definitely bummed that I did not get the job. The interview(s) seemed like a lot of work for a lower wage job. 1 phone call, then a zoom interview with recruiter, predictive index assignment, then you have to record yourself answering questions and send it in, and then an interview with the branch manager. I think there is also one more interview after that.

Very quick and communication was strong. The whole process was overall easy and I had a good experience. Everyone was kind and took their time to get to know me & made sure I was a good fit and they were a good fit for me.

The interview process was very thorough. There was a talent call, an in-person interview, and 2 virtual interviews. they also had me shadow another recruiter to ensure I was comfortable with their processes. They make sure they have the right people!

I was asked to apply via an internal recruiter, purchased a webcam for the interviews. Went through multiple rounds of talking to the recruiter, doing a "personality quiz", and interviewing with others in the company. Was ultimately not offered anything, which is completely fine. What was annoying were the continued calls from others in their company saying I had an active resume and asking if I was ready to apply for the job fits they had for me. The people I interviewed with were nice but overall it felt like a massive waste of time, and therefor was a negative experience.
