Notice of interview provided by HR through phone within 1 week after application. Before the actual interview, there's a simple written test, testing writing ability and customer service through email/text message. After which a panel of 4 interviewers including 1 HR personnel would rotate asking several questions, mostly personality/general behaviour and past experience based questions.

Interviewed 2 months back. Interviewer seems nice and was straight to the point. Not too much technical questions. I was told to wait for the outcome 4-6 weeks after. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Had a panel interview with about 4-5 interviewers, included a short customer service roleplay scene. Had a 2nd interview with the relevant assigned community club with the director and deputy director there.
