The opening was for an Intern. Applied through the website and heard back about 3 weeks later. Phone interview then an in person interview. At the in person I met with the Directors of each department (Manufacturing, Quality, R&D) in both 1 on 1 and small group panels.
overall a very pleasant interview experience and extremely nice people.

Entrevista
The interview process felt super slow and lacked transparency. Communication from the recruiter was minimal, and timelines were unclear throughout. It seemed like I was kept in the process as a backup while they waited on another candidate to accept an offer after my interviews and I never heard back after a final round. I think a simple response back is better than not replying to follow-up emails from a candidate on a decision.

HR screen, HM screen, and team interview
Everyone was very nice! Questions were mostly about my research backgrounds. HR did a really good job preparing my background (resumes) to the team. The team knew what to ask based on my resume before the interview. I was very impressed.
