I interviewed for the position at the hiring hair they hold at the beginning of the semester. I wasn't sure what position I was seeking, and past restaurant experience lead me to be interviewed for the banquet department. The hiring manager was really nice, and understood that I was a full time student. Overall I think the hiring process was an easy one for a student, and have enjoyed it ever since.
