Involved a brief surprise phone interview, and an in-person interview. Received invitation for a second interview which was then cancelled. Was kept on the burner for a few weeks before the HR person played phone tag with me for several days to let me know they'd gone with someone else. I thought at that point they probably could have just emailed me.
