Lots of interviews with various members of Engineering. I was asked to not only prove my technical expertise through whiteboarding sessions but to also explain how I would approach different situations around conflict resolution and mentorship. At one stage in the interview, I felt like things were too good to be true, so I asked to speak with someone more tenured to dig deeper. They set up a call for me to make sure I had the opportunity to ask everything I needed to. Overall, I felt like I got to know the company during this process and ended up accepting their offer once it was presented.
