Managers need to do a better job at being professional on video calls and following up and following through. Connection kept going out and I was waiting for a follow up call as stated and that never happened. Phone interview would have been less stressful and more effective .

they sit you down ask you questions. the questions are easy and not that difficult. they may be dressed in gym attire but you should definitely dress business casual. We interviewed in a mall setting, we were not in an office setting. it was pretty relaxed.

first interview was via zoom with Store Manager, 2nd interview via zoom with Regional (very brief). Felt relaxed. Mainly want to see if you can carry a conversation/what your personality is like.
