The interview was doomed from the beginning as my would be dept. supervisor was not in and I interveiwed with the two project managers, the direct supervisors, and brothers, who proved themselves unable to properly communicate and lead. The dept. supervisor knew nothing of my or my skillset when assigning me with my intall lead. He never tried to know me or my skills and what I could bring to the team. This was a mistake on my part as I should not have accepted the position when offered. For any future candidates considering employment here, do you homework in advance, please.
