It was warm and welcoming, first round was a written test for screening , afterwards it is 2 rounds of 1:1 facing and then managerial round. In the first round questions were based on java and patterns, 2d round consists of mobile testing and performance testing use cases

Entrevista
First stage is phone interview with HR specialist (in English) - questions are mainly about previous experience + 5-6 technical questions (recruiter just writes down your answers, there is no instant feedback).
Then there is an on-site interview which takes about 2-3 hours:
1. test to solve on paper
2. discussion on test questions with technical person + manager
3. algorithm problem to solve on a whiteboard

Phone interview questions are like:
-difference between POST and GET
-where is Javascript executed
-overloading/overriding a method
etc.
Onsite test for software dev engineer in test required some general HTML knowledge, scenario testing and some Java questions
When solving algorithm problem it's good to think aloud, because the interviewer will actually want to see your way ot getting ideas across. Being able to define complexity of your solution is expected, However, this part of the interview is more a discussion and is more a logical-thinking test ...
