First round (video) was with the head of the land department - fair enough. Second round (in-person) was with the head of the commercial department - didn't make sense since the position was residential based. Also the head of commercial didn't seem that interested in asking questions. Just asked 1 question, to which I knew the answer, but he wasn't really interested in listening to it. I had to ask questions to keep the interview going. 8 hours of driving for a 35 min interview... to which the feedback was the other person would settle in quicker.
