First part was a phone interview about 15 minutes. Second interview was with the attorney about an hour via zoom. Third interview was with the compliance team and team supporting the attorney. First part of the interview was 2 people from the compliance team via zoom. Both people were very friendly. Second part was interview with other attorneys supporting the main attorney. They had more technical questions regarding research. Later the position changed to Legal Assistant/Paralegal. They wanted someone with more Paralegal experience.
