      Entrevista

Overall, I really enjoyed the people I interviewed with, but the reason I'm leaving a negative review is because of the way the recruiting process was managed. All of the scheduling was done by someone in the Philippines, which caused a lag in communications. Furthermore, I made it through to the final round interviews, but I didn't receive an offer and the way I found out was through an automated message that I received after I sent a follow up message to the recruiter. It had been a few weeks since my final interview and I hadn't heard from them, so I thought I'd check in with the recruiter. Shortly after I sent that email, I got the automated message saying I wasn't selected. To make matters worse, I emailed the recruiter again, letting her know I received the automate message and thanked her for the opportunity and asked for feedback and I never heard back. It was soul crushing to get the bad news that way after I had spent hours interviewing and preparing for the interviews. I found it very impersonal and there was absolutely no appreciation for my time. There was no explanation and no feedback for why I didn't get an offer, just a templated auto-reply. I would understand if that was the form of communication if I had just submitted an application and wasn't selected for an interview, but in this case I had completed multiple rounds of interviews over the course of several weeks. At the very least, I believe I deserved a couple mins of the recruiters time treating me like a real human at the very end of it all.
