I was interviewed by a recruiter first by phone. This interview was followed up with a breakfast meeting with the market manager. We discussed the scope of the role for about 30 minutes with time for general chit chat. I completed a phone interview with a subject matter VP and another phone interview with the regional executive. This all happened over the course of 3-5 days. There weren't any specific questions that were difficult. What was a challenge was coming up with something to present that would be relevant to the role I was seeking. They gave no guidelines except for a time frame (15-20 minutes).
