The interviews are all questions that relate to skills useful to this job. Customer service, time management, team work, etc. Be prepared to give examples of your experiences. There was two people interviewing me using a question/follow up question format.

They use the STAR method. The biggest thing that is sought for is your behaviors exhibited in the scenarios given. If you are familiar with the STAR method, there aren't any surprises when it comes to the questions.

They provided me with the skills we would focus on before hand and asked me to have examples provided. Big fans of the STAR method. And do ask question based on your responses.
