I interviewed almost 20 years ago. I'm sure the process has changed since then. When I was interviewed it was pretty basic stuff. The job was offered mainly because I did well on the test.

Interview process with a basic interview followed by a short tour to introduce me to different teams I'd be working with. (I found out later that teams were asked their opinion of candidates.)
