It was by phone and followed by emails to confirm I didn't go to London for interview face to face was by talking in telephone then emails confirmation they asked me to do some tests to pass my exam I passed 6 of them, it was good experience all employees were nice and polite except the payment was really frustrated and I have to call the finance team each month asking about my payment.
