Waste of time This company has a lot of time to waste please do not waste your time on this company. They do not have any product guy or product vision to conduct product interviews except their CTO. Their PMs will not be able to justify their own strategy, vision or pmf. In interviews, they will ask very vbasic questions and then they will tell you that they about to offer and they need contact details of three refrees to confirm the offer They will waste time of your refrees and ask them to appear on web conference (as if Peakflo is interviewing them). Finally, they will ask for your salary slips and will not release the offer. Their HRs are naive and they dont care about any practices. If someone is going out of their budget then they should not initiate the process. Such a mess. Not sure how they have so much time to waste.
