It was a total of 15 days interview process 3 rounds. 1) with Global Sales Director 2) CEO 3) Chairman Pathetic interview experience with them. The first round went well. The second round was also satisfactory and the 3rd round was also went well. Despite they rejected my job application and the irony is there is no concrete reason to reject application. This is very unprofessional way of dealing with candidates. Please don't waste their time and reject them at the initial stage itself if you are not intent to hire seriously. Please don't do time pass with candidates.
