After a 45 minute phone interview, they offered a formal interview which was scheduled for a few weeks later. I met with two of the principals, went to lunch with a couple other design/project engineers, had a follow-up meeting with another principal, and had a short tour of the office. The whole interview lasted about 3-4 hours.
