There was an HR call followed by an Interview On-site a week later. Had a conversation with VP of tech and UX Designer Jackie, They were great but a small team. Even though the position was for a UX Designer, they needed somebody who could be a generalist and be involved in everything product (which is understandable in a start up environment).
