Process was fairly straight forward. Phone screening with HR, in person interview a few days later. I was under the impression that the decision would be made following the 6 person panel interview, but afterwards was moved the several other offices to meet other employees-a 3 hour endeavor before I left. I was told I would receive a phone call, which I waited patiently for over several days before I felt compelled to reach out to HR to ask about my status. I received a reply mentioned I should have been contacted sooner, but I would not receive an offer. A 3 hour interview seems a bit excessive for someone the panel already made their mind up about, but such is life. I just wish I didn’t need to reach out on my own to find out I wasn’t moving on in the process.
