* 1 HR call * 2 technical interviews (total: 1h30) * 1 long technical challenge (1h to 2h) The two first interviews were a positive experience, with knowledgeable people and interesting questions. This is the kind of persons one would like to work with. The last interview with two men was just a complete nonsense! The first guy: * hardly speaks English. * does not mark any intonation to ask a question. As a consequence, it is almost impossible to know when/if he is making a statement ("this is a good practice.") or asking a question ("this is a good practice?" ; I would have rather said "is this a good practice?"). This forces me to make him repeat two or three times, then complete the missing words in my head, then asking "so you are asking me if this is a good practice, correct?" * makes technical errors! (the height of absurdity) The second guy hardly spoke, so nothing positive/negative to say about him. Last point: although I spent several hours for this hiring process and I did ask two times for some feedback (no, I am not perfect, most of the time I succeed my interviews but I happen to fail interviews ; however, I always try to improve myself), I have got none. As a conclusion: a complete waste of time, as the technical challenge consisted actually at guessing what the guys says. At least with a feedback I would have learnt something.

Very clumsy. You will have a bunch of Freshers interviewing you. Even if you give all the correct answers don't expect to proceed to the next round. They take weeks to reply back and the whole process is frustrating at best. (In short Read other comments and don't waste your time applying for this company)
