I was sourced by a third-party recruiter. The interview process itself and the questions were fairly standard and the people were nice enough but what stood out was how disorganized the whole thing was, interviewers not calling me on time for the phone screen, and then scheduling the on-site was a nightmare. I was expected to pay for airfare and accommodation out of pocket and ask for a reimbursement later on. Of course I didn’t agree to that and a few weeks later the recruiter sent me plane tickets anyway for a same day return flight to TO. Of course this didn’t leave enough time for the on-site interview and in fact I didn’t even have time to eat lunch. Somehow the interview went ok despite me being cranky at 2PM after having last eaten at breakfast at 6AM. I then wasn’t made an offer apparently because the job actually involves a lot of flying economy class to india and I made it clear I wasn’t keen on that. My expenses were never reimbursed.

overall, very unorganized and unprofessional. Nice office and location and other than that, based on my interview, that place is a just a horrible place and I have to guess some of their reviews are just fake. One of the guys interviewed had no idea what he's asking. Process took very long and they didn't bother tell me the result after a couple of weeks. I strong recommend not waste your time with this company unless you are their parent PayTM India.
