Well I was reached out by Roza Kawa through Linkedin. We jumped on a call where she didn't even bother to turn on her camera. Asked me few template questions and explained me the process. She left me without any response, so after 4 weeks I sent her a followup email on the process. Since she didn't reply within 2-3 weeks I went back to Linkedin where I saw that she hasn't Weavr.io in her experience so I asked myself "is she even working there". Went to the weavr.io page to see if the job position is still available and since it was I submitted my application. Guess what? Got an email from Roza Kawa to pick a date for a technical screening. Picked a date and when the date come, again no camera basically "nada" and she immediately started within "could you please introduce yourself". I told her that we already went through this and that I sent her a followup and that she never replied and she was like fallen from the sky, she didn't even remember me. Ditched me with explanation that I didn't have the right experience. Got back on Linkedin, searched for the CEO to whom I wanted to explain the terrible and negative experience but he didn't bother to accept my invite. YOU LOSE!
