I would say that interview process was really smooth and even in the pandemic season the hiring team managed to complete the whole process in 3-4 days with proper response and timely updates all thanks to KRANTHI POSA. He was proactive in response and helped me a lot for the interview. The interview started with the first technical round with basic and core concept questions. The interviewer asked me to write two programs that were easy-medium in level and focused on your carch towards data structures after this he asked me a few basic sql questions. The next round again was a technical round and focused more on system design and dynamic programming,dbms and core programming skills. It was because of Kranthi i was able to crack the interview as being a fresher he considered it and scheduled the interview by giving me sufficient time to prepare and the interview was scheduled with a 2 days gap. The interviewer was also very supportive and it felt more of a team discussion rather than an interview. The final round was an HR round and here also the interviewer was supportive enough and discussed about my interests why i want to join the company and also elaborated me the working, technologies used what i need to focus on and over all helped me. I would thank everyone who made this interview smooth and gave me this opportunity.

I applied for the role in Hyderabad through an employee referral. The recruiting Team called me the next day for scheduling the first round. All rounds were done on the Microsoft Teams, each round lasted for 1hr - 1hr15min. During this Covid Situations, the recruitment team was able to wrap up the interview process in 4 days, wherein in other cases, it's taking weeks to months.
