Phone interview, followed by two on-site interviews. I met with one person on the tech team, and also the project manager. Everyone was very friendly. The whole process took about two weeks.

Work project/past projects on my resume as well as behavior questions to make sure you're a good fit. A few situational technical questions were also asked (no coding required).
