The interview process was quite alright. Had an HR screening, and a generic technology screening round. There was a code challenge on Geektastic, which was simple enough if you know your concepts. There were a couple of questions on bug fixing, and code review. Quite good I would say.
The next round was with the Hiring manager (was kind of meh), and he seemed eager to hurry off and generally uninterested to learn about me as a person, and questions were from another checklist. The manager seemed non-technical. Another round with an architect, and it was a great discussion in some architecture problems, and general industry trends. +1 in my books.
The final round was with the leadership, which was an Engineering director in my case. It was quite OK.
Unfortunately, the worst part of the process is their HR, and the policies within the company. I was offered a job but at an extreme lowball offer for my experience just because I live in a country with low Cost-of-living. I couldn't accept this low offer, and this offer process took quite some time, and proceeded forward with a snail's pace.
