First round with a junior team member and then final round interviews with the rest of the team which is just four people. They are looking for somebody who is committed to the company long-term, not somebody who is looking to pivot or leave the company after a couple of years. Most of the day-to-day is FP&A with a little Corporate Development. Questions were primarily focused on fit and your previous experiences. Having knowledge of the fintech/payments space also helps.
