The first interview was over the phone. The second interview was through Skype. I did not hear back at all from the person that interviewed me through Skype or anyone else within Payoneer's HR department. I thought this was extremely unprofessional, especially since I emailed the person that interviewed me and asked for an update. Usually companies send you an email letting you know that you did not get the position but that didn't happen at all with Payoneer. My interviewer also couldn't fathom why I wanted to switch careers no matter how much I explained the reason to him.
