I applied through the recruiter. I interviewed at Payoda (Coimbatore). I interviewed at Payoda (Coimbatore) in Feb 2016. The whole process took about 4 weeks. About Interview: I had about 3 technical and 1 HR round. The first round is more of like understanding my skillset with basic technical questions. The second round is coding round, where I need to extend new functionality in the given framework, which is more interesting and enjoyable. The third round is client round, two panel members from the client-office through Skype, the questions are technical, conceptual and scenario based. The final round is with HR, I feel this is the complicated round than anything else. I really appreciate all the interviewers for their punctuality, their technical strength and the way of approaching the candidates. Also, updates from the recruiters are timely, a big thanks for that. Can Improve: - Plan better timing while interviewing overseas candidates Overall, it was a good experience.
