The interview process demonstrated their requirements clearly to me and what the company looks out for in that specified role and whether I would be able to fit in that. The interviewers were very knowledgeable in those areas that they are concerned about as part of the project and at times it was challenging to answer few questions. And about the rounds, Round 1) Telephonic, tested in depth basics oof the languages and frameworks that I had used. Round 2) Skype. It was pair programming round and I was asked to solve 2 problems with moderate difficulty. They especially looked out for the logics and my coding standards Round 3) Telephonic. Since this was for a lead position, it was managerial discussion with the person whom I will report to. They were keenly assessing my leadership skills onto a technical standpoint. Then it was with Hr for salary negotiations and it was done. And now I really look forward and excited about joining them in 2 months time.
