I applied online. I interviewed at Paymentus (Toronto, ON) in January 2020. It had three steps. First round was HR over the phone. Asked general questions, roles handled, salary expectations etc. Next a technical phone-in interview . Purely based on the skill sets I mentioned in the resume. Next round was in-person: again technical questions. Interview was scheduled to have a panel of two. They are technically strong, They asked me question on java and SQL and some troubleshooting questions also.
