One interview with the recruiter who seemed great. One interview with someone else who was a little cold. I'm kind of annoyed because I had to find out on facebook that someone else got the job instead of them acting like a human capital management business and telling me. I'm glad I didn't get the job here because according to the reviews online Paylocity is not that great with their customer service.

Fun fact. The recruiter asked me all the qurstions for the vetting interview. The manager didn't ask me anything. I think he already had his mind made up at that point. He talked more about himself then interviewing me.

Entrevista
The interview process started with 4 assessments. There were timed math, spatial awareness and reasoning assessments and an untimed behavioral assessment. From there I was contacted for a Microsoft teams interview with my recruiter. After that, there was an in-person interview with the hiring managers. I had a third interview on Teams, but I don't think that is normally the case. All in all the process was great, they made it easy and it went quickly. I never went more than 2 business days without hearing from someone.

Entrevista
Nice interview and interviewee. Did my first phone call interview and everything seems nice and straight to the point. I was informed about the pay and busy seasons but looking at the previous reviews, it is kind of making me raise some eyebrows.
A Personality test online, then a skills test online mostly math based questions, Phone interview, in person interview. Meet with multiple people from multiple departments. Did not describe on answer job specific questions I had.
