Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Paylocity (Arlington Heights, IL) en may 2014
Entrevista
I applied on their website and was contacted by HR the next day. The recruiter was very friendly and set up a phone screen. That went well and then a phone interview with the hiring manager and director was set up for a few days later. Had that gone well and in person interview would have occurred. Unfortunately I didn't do as well in the phone interview. Overall I felt that they were very respectful of candidate's time in keeping them updated on what's going on so you're not wondering.

HR asked me what I was making and was quite surprised. Apparently I'm underpaid. No kidding!

I applied online and they got back to me within a week. First they we had a phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. They asked the basics: how did you find out about the job, tell me about yourself, etc., as well as a few behavioral questions. The recruiter did a very nice job explaining the basics about the position and the company. Once that was finished, I had to take a Divine Personality test online as well as fill out another formal application.
Next was the in-person interview the following week. I sat down with the person who would have been my supervisor, and it was basically a longer version of the phone interview (maybe about 45 minutes). More behavioral questions, more explanations about the company and position. I did not get to move on past this stage, probably because my background wasn't the right fit for the position (they were looking for people with call center experience, I didn't have that). If I had moved on, there would have been one more phone interview with the boss of the supervisor.
It's a shame it didn't work out, the people I met were very professional and they seem to love their jobs. It looks like a great company to work for and I'll continue to keep my eye on them.
