I had an introductory phone interview on the job description followed up with a zoom interview with higher up describing the background and about myself on the role. I was told I would have an answer a week after and it's been over 3 weeks and they've never reached out or replied to any of my emails. I feel like my time was heavily wasted in preparing for the interview and that their lack of transparency was very unprofessional.
