Phone interview with recruiter first. She explained the entire process and then gave me a chance to ask questions as well. She also gave me tips/tricks for my interview with the managers. Then I had a phone interview with two direct managers and they gave me a few names to connect with on LinkedIn so that I could ask questions to others that are in the same position that I was applying for. Then I submitted a sample demo. After that, we had another conversation and they invited me to Florida for an in-person interview. I
