I've maybe applied here 4 times before I actually got an interview and I got a call in the next week of applying. I arrived 5-10 minutes early (like you should do for an interview) and the manager gave me a bad time for it the whole time. Complaining why I should be on time and never be early to a job. The interview was average, same basic questions and awkward pauses. The manager kept telling me about all his "horrible" associates and how bad working here is.. Which sent out a red flag. But he went off topic 3-4 times and kept telling me how your social life goes to crap when you start here. He finished up his questions and told me to go onto the sales floor for the oral part of the interview and all you have to do was sell a shoe to the other employee to their liking. Weirdest interview ever.
