It was a group interview with one manager and 3 other applicants. We all got asked the same questions. They consider your experience but mainly focus on your availability and hours you can work as it was a minimum wage job. It is best to focus on customer service and sales skills in your responses as it will increase your chance of getting hired.

Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.
