Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Payless ShoeSource (Anaheim, CA) en jun 2016

The two interviews were essentially the same - first you get interviewed at the location you going for, then you have an interview at another location. (get interviewed in the back room)
The manager will ask you scenario questions - if you don't have experience, use experience you have from school (group assignments)
The manager will then ask you to go to the sales floor and grab a couple things (pair of shoes, socks, accessories, etc.) then you try to sell them to her/him and recommend the additional accessories based on "what they are looking for"
For me it took a lot longer (I got asked to do a 2nd interview on the same day), because she went on vacation and she had just hired another girl, so it took awhile before I started

Name a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer and how do you resolve this conflict?
I passed and started quickly. The process was simple and not intimidating. Everything felt straightforward, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an easy experience. I enjoy working here.

Easy basic questions like job history, availability, and why you chose to interview.
Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.

It was a verbal in-person interview with manager. Described desired position, why, and goals. Asked a lot of questions as well. It was a very quick and straightforward process after the interview.
