The manager reviewed my application asking questions about my previous work history and education. We also did a short role play.
She then scheduled me a second interview with the district manager who also asked similar questions.

Good. Pretty straight forward. Simple questions. Mainly a tell me about yourself with can you do the job. The job was for a cashier. Not a lot of questions and got hired pretty quick
The interview process was pretty short, and straight to the point.
Normal questions were asked, and questions about availability. They were willing to work with school schedule.

Obviously only the affirmative action community was sought. I found out later all they hire are affirmative action, despite receiving 5 years tax operational abatements from an all white area.
