The interview process is easy the first one is with the manager they ask you a few questions and give you a few customer service scenarios then you'll tell a litte about yourself why you want to work for thier establishment then if the manger likes you he or she will have you meet with the district manager and he or she likes you you'll get a call back and they'll ask you the same questions that the store manger asked you

It was easy and just answer the 5 stars, asking situational questions. As well as they made you sell an item to them and how would you treat a customer. you were the sales associate and they were the customer.

Entrevista
2 face-to-face interviews one after another. The application process took around 2 weeks to process and afterwards I was called in for my first interview with the Store Manager. Once I passed my first interview, I was scheduled for my second interview with the DM. Interview process was very smooth and easy.
