Long but thorough. Recruiter call, then recruiter webcam then your territory manager, then director/VP of department if you get that far then shadowing a rep for a half day. I would guess 9/10 times the rep will not be completely forthcoming about their happiness in the role.

You will first complete a phone screen with their own recruiter, then they will schedule an interview with the hiring manager within the week. If you pass the hiring manager, you will interview the Regional Manager, then will decide whether to hire you within that same week. I did the whole process in 1.5 weeks and got the job at the end of that week. Paycom's sales department is extremely focused on aesthetics so dress business professional, no crazy hair/nails/bright colored suits etc.
