Phone screen round at Paycom got rejected because they are only looking for citizens and greenfard holders. I told I dont need sponsorship and my greencard is in process i have my opt card and can work right now but stilm they didint move me forward

Not too difficult, have strong background in React, HTML, CSS, REST API, and web development overall. I did not do too well when they asked me to rank my familiarity with topics from 1 to 10, but there was one technical coding question that was on the easier end of a leetcode medium.
