I applied for several positions (that I was qualified for) via the Paycom website. I received a phone call a couple weeks after applying for them for an interview for a position that I DIDN'T apply for. I was sent information about the position and I learned that I wasn't quite qualified for it. I went in for the interview a couple of days after setting it up on the phone. My interview only lasted about 5-10 minutes. I was asked questions regarding computers, software, etc., which you could tell from my resume that I did not have previous experience with. It was a complete waste of time and energy for both parties.

Had a phone interview and an in person interview. Process was simple and they expected the STAR approach to answering questions. There were 3 people that interviewed me, all were fairly easy-going.
