Contrary to many of the negative reviews, this interview process was great. Brynn, the recruiter, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout all steps of the process. Highly recommend. I ended up pursing a different role with Paycom, but this interview process was well-defined and they were very conscious of my time.

Long process and have to set meetings in front of a manager on the phone. They have you come into the office and make cold calls without knowing the product at all.

Strung me along through the interview process only to say they were going with someone else after basically telling me I had the job. Then heard that they were starting the interview process with someone I knew indicating they were not going with someone else.
